Description

The Property comprises a semi-detached industrial building dating to the 1950s with 1970s additions. It has until recently been utilised as several separate units.

Location

The property is located on Hirwaun Industrial Estate, an established industrial location with excellent access to A465 (Head of the Valleys Road) providing access to Swansea (23 miles) to the southwest and Hereford (50 miles) to the east. Hirwaun town centre is approximately 2.7 miles.

The surrounding area comprises mainly industrial uses, including an industrial estate offering terraced units owned and managed by Mileway.

The site is level and of a roughly triangular shape sharing a boundary with the adjoining building and is otherwise surrounded by access roads.
